Becoming a member

Members have access to our modern light filled studio facilities as well as access to an extensive art library – including, dvd’s, videos, books and magazines. Membership ensures that you will receive the Society’s monthly newsletter which contains information regarding upcoming exhibitions, social activities and a list of art suppliers and society sponsors. Many of these suppliers also offer discounts on presentation of your membership card.

Membership provides access to a wide range of classes and workshops in a variety of mediums – oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors. Portraiture, figure drawing, still life, and plein-air are also offered.

Studio

Our studio facilities are open to all members, and members are encouraged to use these facilities, where one can paint with other members, support one another, and exchange ideas and advice.
All members are asked to participate from time to time in voluntary activities such as assisting in manning our studio, and hanging exhibitions.

How to Become a Member

The annual membership fee is currently set at $100, due on 1 July each year.
